Yes, through a connector. NoteitHub adds three MCP tools to Claude — create a TODO list, view it, and check tasks off — storing the tasks in your NoteitHub account rather than the chat. Add https://noteithub.com/api/mcp-claude under Settings → Integrations, authorize once, and the same list is available in any later conversation.

NoteitHub connects to Claude via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once linked, you can turn your goals into structured TODO lists — create, view, and update them without leaving the chat.

What it does

NoteitHub adds tools to Claude that let you build and manage TODO lists stored in your personal NoteitHub account:

  • Create TODO list — saves a goal plus a list of actionable tasks as a structured TODO list, deduplicated against your existing todos and stored under the right goal.
  • View TODO list — retrieves an existing task list so Claude can reference it mid-chat.
  • Update todos — checks tasks off (or reopens them) and syncs the status changes back to your account.

Everything saved is visible on your NoteitHub dashboard.

How to connect

Create a free NoteitHub account

Go to noteithub.com and sign up with Google or email. No credit card required.

Add the integration in Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Integrations and click Add integration. Paste this MCP server URL:

Authorize NoteitHub

Claude opens a NoteitHub authorization page. Sign in and click Authorize. You only need to do this once per account.

Create your first TODO list

In any Claude chat, just ask:
  • "Turn this plan into a TODO list"
  • "Create a TODO list for my launch goal"
  • "Show my TODO list for that goal"
Claude will call NoteitHub and confirm when the list is saved.

Available tools

noteithub_create_todo_list

Saves a goal plus a list of actionable tasks as a TODO list in your account. Tasks that duplicate existing ones under the same goal are skipped, so repeat calls never create copies.

Permissions

During authorization you will see a single permission scope. NoteitHub requests only what it needs:

NoteitHub does not read your Claude conversation history or access any data beyond what the tools explicitly send. You can revoke access at any time from Claude Settings → Integrations.

Troubleshooting

"Your account was authorized, but noteithub returned an error when connecting."

The MCP server URL is likely incorrect. Remove the integration from Claude, then re-add it using the exact URL below (watch for typos and hyphens):

https://noteithub.com/api/mcp-claude

The authorization page shows an error after I log in.

Try authorizing in an incognito / private window to rule out a stale session cookie. If the problem continues, clear cookies for noteithub.com and try again.

The tool runs but I can't find the list in my dashboard.

Refresh your dashboard and check under Goals. If this was the first time a goal was created, it may take a moment to appear.

The tool returns a credit limit message.

Free accounts include a monthly credit allowance. Each tool call uses credits. When the limit is reached, tools return an informational message — your data is safe and nothing is lost. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.

I want to disconnect NoteitHub from Claude.

In Claude, go to Settings → Integrations, find NoteitHub, and click Remove. Access is revoked immediately. Your existing goals and TODO lists in NoteitHub are not affected.

A free NoteitHub account includes 7 credits a month. Creating a TODO list costs 3 credits, fetching one costs 1, and checking tasks off costs nothing. When the allowance runs out the tools return an informational message, your saved data is untouched, and credits reset at the start of the next billing period.

Why does Claude say NoteitHub returned an error when connecting?

Almost always a wrong server URL. Remove the integration in Claude and re-add it with exactly https://noteithub.com/api/mcp-claude, hyphens included.

Do my TODO lists disappear if I disconnect the connector?

No. Removing the integration in Claude revokes its access and nothing else. Goals and TODO lists already saved stay in your NoteitHub account and remain visible on the dashboard.
